"We purchased a circa 1850s two-story house in very bad condition.

Termite damage was extensive and the house was tilted several degrees.

James saved the house and built a new addition to total almost 6,000 square feet.

James worked closely with us to plan and execute the project while we were 450 miles away!
Weekly photos he emailed to us made it seem like we were on

the job site every day. We love our new old house!"
